A new versioned model catalog combines built-in defaults, owner declarations, explicit overrides, and live Runner observations. Relay now filters model and connection pairs by health, authentication, and required capabilities, with a visible reason for every exclusion.

Added provider and self-hosted connections without centralizing secrets.

Provider credentials stay on the Runner behind opaque secret references. Self-hosted endpoints carry explicit capability declarations and deployment-policy checks, while bounded live probes determine whether either connection is eligible for routing.

Connected live Runner health and existing CLI sessions.

The separately restartable Runner now registers with a stable identity and sends authenticated heartbeats with current capacity and capabilities. It can detect existing Codex and Claude CLI sessions using non-interactive status checks, reporting only normalized, non-secret metadata.

Projects now pin an exact Git baseline before discovering instructions and repository-local skills. Bundled and owner-installed skills retain provenance and scan findings; executable repository content requires an attributable owner trust decision that expires when its content changes.
